Residential Recovery Services

The Addiction Recovery Center of Temecula offers residential treatment for those who require a higher and more structured program than an Intensive Out-Patient program can provide. Our clients reside in a 4 bedroom home where they are encouraged to work together as a community unit, providing a chance to rediscover the skills that are necessary for positive and responsible living when the client is reunited with their loved ones.  We encourage a 45-day treatment episode as it has proven to be most effective in establishing a strong foundation for recovery. We will work to provide an abbreviated program if requested.

Each weekday morning, our clients are taken to our off-site facility to get them into a routine of having a productive schedule with purposeful expectations that require accountability and participation. The key components focused upon each day in our program include:

One-on-One Sessions based upon individual assessment and brain scan images
Neuroscience of Addiction Education
Chemical Dependency Education
Lifestyle Choices and the Brain Education
Nutrition and Brain Function Restoration Education
Healthy Self-Care Activities and/or Education
12-Step Principles Overview
Life Skills/Coping Skills Development
Cognitive Skills Restructuring
HIV/STD Education
Anger Management
Emotional Regulation
Relapse Prevention

Finally, week-ends are scheduled to include several activities which include:

Periodic educational sessions each month
Group off-site activities
Downtime to take care of personal laundry and shopping
Sunday family visits
